How do I get wiring instructions for my commissions?
Email Nick your title contact’s email address and the address of the transaction.
Can you change the sales price or commission of a transaction?
Yes! Please email me the property address and new price.
Did I receive a referral check?
Please email the referral information so I can notify you when the check arrives.
Is my transaction compliant? Will you make it compliant?
I can see if it is compliant or not and I can tell you want needs to be resubmitted but I cannot pass it.
When will my earnest money be cut?
We cut the check 5 days prior to closing. You will be notified with an email that it is in your mailbox.
What do I submit with my earnest money?
If it going back to the buyer; just the EM request form.
If it is going to someone else, we need the disbursement form.
If there is a termination, we need the termination form plus the mutual release form (signed by all parties)

How I book a conference room?
Call or email the front desk with the date and time you need it for and we will let you know what is available.
How do I enter an non-mls sale?
Please fill out the KWCP form and send it to Nick or the front desk.
What time is…?
The event calendar can be found on Facebook and the daily snap sent to your email.
Is this on Zoom?
The Entrepreneur classes and CE classes are typically in person only.
The office meeting and ALC meetings are typically on zoom

Can my sign be ran?
Out cutoff time for next day service is 3PM. For emergency runs we can connect you with the courier and see if they can do it that day.

How do I access my agent website?
Login to Command, and click the last symbol in the left hand toolbar, called Consumer.
Click “Edit My Website”
The link at the top of the screen called “Preview My Website” will show you how to access your published website.
Save that URL at the top and send that to clients for them to see your website!
How do I add a relationship between two people in Command.
Create a Contact Card for each individual person that you want to mark in the relationship.
After you've created those, go to one of the people in the relationship and click the pencil to edit their contact card and scroll to the “About” section.
Add a relationship type and search for the name of the other person and save at the bottom.
How can I run a Facebook Ads
First set up a business Facebook business page off your normal Facebook profile. To do that, follow the instruction linked her : https://www.facebook.com/business/help/473994396650734?id=939256796236247
Next, you must connect your Facebook to Command.
Login to Command, click your profile at the top right, select settings. Scroll to Facebook and Click Connect and login to Facebook and choose your Business page.
Finally, back in Command, click Campaigns on the left toolbar. Under Quick Start on the right, click Paid Add Quick Start.
Go through the ads types and choose one that fits your needs and set up the ad according to the directions.
How do I change my Marketing Profile?
Login to Command
Click your Profile in the top right corner, and select settings.
Choose Connect Settings on the left side of the screen and Select Marketing Profile.
Any changes you make in this profile will translate across your website and different marketing. Headshot, Bios, Credentials, ect.

I had a closing last week, when will my commission be processed?
We process all fully compliant commissions received before 12:00 noon on the day we receive it. If you drop off a paper check in the morning, it will be processed that day. If you choose to have it directly deposited into your account, it will be available to you the next day (some banks may take longer, but we find most of them are ready the next day). You can pick up a paper check late in the afternoon if you want to be paid that way. If you choose to have your funds wired to us, those are typically processed the day after closing. This gives the funds time to be cleared at our bank. The key is to have your Opportunity fully approved by compliance so that your commission can be processed in a timely manner.
Where can I see how much I owe towards my Cap and Royalty?
At this point, an agent cannot see an up to date report with how much they owe. You can ask with the MCA or AMCA and we will be happy to give you accurate information about the amounts you owe before capping.
I sent a referral to another agent that is out of state. How will I get paid for this?
Please create an Opportunity and name it the client's name and/or the city the referral is going to. Put your referral form in the Under Contract folder. You do not need to create an offer and commission. The MCA office will do that for you when your check arrives. If you learn the address of the property your clients are purchasing, please add that to the name of the Opportunity so it is easily found when your check arrives.
Where can I find information about how much I have earned over the last 3 years?
Go to mykw.kw.com and click on Access My Reports. then click on the Reports tab, then Associate, then Multi Year Trends. This will give you all your financial information since you have been an agent with KW.
Why didn't I receive a Profit Share check last month when my recruit was in production?
There could be 2 reasons that you did not receive Profit Share. The first is that your recruit has already capped. You receive profit share on the sales of your recruits while they are still paying company dollar. If the recruit is capped, there is no profit share paid out until the recruit has a sale after their next anniversary. The second reason is that you may have changed your bank account information and not let KWRI know about the change. You will continue to earn profit share however you will not receive it until you update your banking information with KWRI. You can work with your MCA or AMCA to accomplish this.
